• Our bagels are made from scratch "in-house" every day, at each location.
Every step, from the mixing of dough to the baking, is done on-premises.
• We follow a traditional all-natural recipe, with NO fats or preservatives, and we only use unbleached, unbromated flours -- for health, and for flavor.
• We boil our bagels just before baking, per New York style. (If they're not boiled first, they're not authentic "NY style.")
• Our "100% Whole Wheat" bagels are just that -- they're made entirely from healthy 100% whole-grain wheat flour. (There are several technical challenges in producing a true Whole Wheat bagel, which is why you won't find them in most other bagel bakeries.)
• We bake continuously -- morning, noon, and night. We try our hardest to serve oven-hot bagels all day long.
