We're hiring at all of our locations, and for all shifts: full-time
days, part-time evenings/weekends, and short lunch-time shifts. Got
some time during the day (or between classes) that you'd like to spend
on our clock, making money? We can accommodate that, too (particularly
at our University Avenue location).
You'll start at $9.50 full-time, $9.00 part-time, with the
opportunity to move up to $10.50+ over time ($11.25+ possible for
bakers).
We're also looking for a manager to help us run our stores. $12/hr
starting, with scheduled overtime -- a typical work week will be five
10-hour days, which works out to about $35k/yr. You'll work directly
with the owners in a busy counter/kitchen atmosphere with a minimum of
clerical duties. For this position, we prefer good-natured,
college-educated applicants who can lead with wisdom, compassion, and
plenty of energy. This is a very active, people-oriented position where
social leadership is a must, as is the ability to 'set the pace' while
encouraging your staff to keep up with you.
